It’s officially been five years since the start of the pandemic, when everyone, celebs and normal plebes alike, lost their minds.
On Sunday, the five-year “anniversary” of Vanessa Hudgens’s virus video was all over the timeline, so let’s revisit other things celebrities did that were just kind of cringe.
1. First off, there was THE “Imagine” video:

2. As mentioned above, there was Vanessa Hudgens’s “respecting” the virus video.
It’s funny because the trigger for this video was Coachella being canceled.
3. There was the trend of celebrities thinking people were coping with isolation by singing their songs on balconies.
They weren’t. No one was doing this.
4. I always forget about this one, but Jared Leto was at a 12-day silent meditation in the desert and missed the start of the pandemic like some Black Mirror episode or something.
